I was actually a server at a restaurant for three years, really felt stuck, didn't know how to move on. I knew that I always had the personality to be a salesman. We really hesitated to engage simply worrying about the time commitment, just with the craziness of our jobs right now, of course that turned out to NOT be an issue. We were going through a lot of growing pains and we didn't know how to solve them ourselves. We have definitely been able to work through jobs more efficiently due to the training and coaching. Unquestionably we were able to grow because we were thinking through our decisions a lot differently than we used to. So, efficiency, without a doubt is 200, 300% better across the board for everybody. Pre-Sandler I felt like Wile E. Coyote, just running in place after the road runner and not going anywhere.
